Week 11

Starting of the week, we went to the Walt Disney Museum with Tania.

Disneyland!

The very first piece of Mickey Mouse drawings ever known/found. 

We also had hotpot dinner at night with the rest of the group, Phil & family, Alex & Effie, Kent & Kristina etc. 

The adults one table, and the kids another table. Haha

The next day was New Year's eve, we had our first ever watchnight service. I was on camera.

& on New Year, Kent brought us to Chinatown as we haven’t really explored much of this area yet. He also brought us to the pier where we witnessed amazing sunsets again.

On Thursday & Friday, it was back to work. We helped to setup the dorms for Cambridge.

Nancy, (Adam's mum) invited us for dinner at her place on Friday night.

We stayed over at Harry & Li Soon’s new place on Friday. The boys xboxed and we watched movies till early in the morning. Haha.

The next morning, Harry brought us to Millbrane Pancake House. Kenneth always wanted to come here. We headed to California Academy of Science after lunch.

It was more like a biology and stuff museum. Really interesting because they had staff there to physically bring you through, explain to you certain exhibitions etc.

Came back home and I cooked spaghetti. Only 4 of us but I think I cooked enough for an army. Haha.

 On Sunday, I did camera and we went go karting again. Thankfully no accidents this time. Haha

The next week Monday-Wed we mainly helped out at Cambridge.

We also had our usual bbt sessions almost everyday as we are working at the Cambridge dorms

On Thursday, we went to have a tour round Expressions College which is where Tania is studying now.

Really cool place. Love how vibrant and professional the facilities in the campus are. Tania drove us back into the city(Thanks Tania!) and Phil brought us out to rock climb at night, only my third or 4^th time rock climbing, but I had a really good workout. Haha

On Friday, we visited EA and Apple HQs.

Jeff, Harry’s friend brought us around EA and we got games at a fraction or less of its price. Thanks Jeff!(:

We had lunch at Apple with Wing Kong(Harry’s friend too).

No photos allowed in Apple so only shot some outside. Haha

We went to the Tech Museum for the Star Wars exhibition after that.

These are the actual props used in shooting Star Wars 1&2.

For our last service on Sunday, I did camera and we joined the China group for city tour on the double decker not sheltered bus. Enjoyed it but it was really cold and windy on the bus. Quite cool to be travelling through the tunnels and going on the Golden Gate Bridge just like that without anything over your heads.
