So Week 9 would be when we had to do the biggest production we've done so far,the English ChristmasSing. Although the performance was to happen on Saturday and Sunday,before that we had to get ready to move over all the equipment and set up at the place the Musical was being held at,Scottish Rite Masonic Center.So on Wednesday Night, all the crews for Lighting,Sound and Video were outside the Sanctuary doing inventory and preparing the equipment they needed to load onto the truck tomorrow to bring over to Scottish Rite.There was alot of equipment to be brought over such as the Tricaster and the sanctuary cameras with assorted cables. It took us awhile to get everything down to the rotunda and by then we had emptied out almost the entire control booth of its equipment!

Then we spent the next few days setting up everything at Scottish Rite.We had to lay cables,set up the tricaster system,projectors,cameras,boom and all that.We had some problems while setting up the equipment as we had to plug in all the cables back to the tricaster and back sure all the equipment was working functionally.We ran through the rehearsals as well,trying to make sure everything was up and running.

Then on Saturday was the big day,The first ChristmasSing performance.There were some hiccups all over the place,with video,sound,lighting and all that but we managed to pull through!It was an exciting and interesting musical and i liked the songs cause they were catchy.Sunday Service was done at Scottish Rite the next morning as almost all the equipment used in service was moved over to scottish rite for the musical.Then in the evening was the last ChristmaSing performance and we managed to pull it off almost perfectly.It was an amazing show and i'm glad i could be apart of it =D Straight after the performance and the people had moved to refreshments,the tear down began.We to take down all the equipment that had taken days for us to set up and bring it back to cornerstone before the next day.It was a slightly mad rush to tear down as quickly as possible and move back to cornerstone.By the time everything was moved back to cornerstone, it was around 1-2am but we managed to pull it off.Alot of people chipped in to make it happen and we did it!So with Christmasing over we could prepare to take a break and get ready to head up to Lake Tahoe!! =)
